No — and be wary of any website that says yes. Our calculators estimate take-home pay for standard employment. For decisions involving pensions, benefits in kind, self-employment, or residency, please consult a qualified tax adviser in your country.
The most common reasons are pension contributions, student loan repayments, health insurance choices, or local/municipal tax variations — our methodology page explains exactly what each calculator does and doesn't include. If none of those explain the gap, write to us with the country and salary and we'll investigate.
